I have been contacted by the Shine.com a Career Portal, they sold me some services and I have paid for the same through my PhonePe Account.
Now they are just disappeared, neither they have given me any service nor my payments are refunded. Later on my research I came to know that they are actually looting the customer's like this. Please help!
