I needed Mattress on urgent basis. Made enquiry on pepperfry app. Pepperfry Associate 'Mansi' called me and promised that delivery will be done by or before **th February. I also mentioned explicitly that I need on or before **th February else the item will be of no use to me. She promised and even said if I pay from her UPI link she will expedite the delivery by bypassing Mumbai or else I can cancel. So I agreed and paid. Now pepperfry is showing delivery of **st February and also not allowing me to cancel the product.
