I have took byjus course for my child who's in *th grade in January **** for ***** rupees. They have given me commitment of mentorship and guidance for my child but no mentor called until unless I gave a complaint. My child was not showing any interest on byjus course I asked for cancellation and also said whatever the money need to pay for the months used I'm ready to pay but no response from their end. Every month emi gets debited from my account of Rs.****. even after n no. Of mails and calls they are not responding and giving me a solution. Due to covid our financial situation became worse and I couldn't able to pay also if I don't maintain balance bank persons will keep non maintenance charges if I keep money byjus people are taking every month money. Service of byjus is worse and fake commitments. Even after paying July August September EMI my kid byjus app is not getting open and its showing as not paid money, the same I have informed to the byjus customer care and few mentors and managers who called me. But they didn't resolve it .Hope I get help from Consumer forum.
