Fake product received and no return/replacement was given by amazon:
Ordered Airpods Pro *nd generation from amazon online shopping on **/**/****, which I had received the product on **/**/****. The product serial number was not matched with the product box and invoice. I checked this product serial number with apple's original site link which shows that the product was purchased on March **** and the warranty ends by March ****, concludes it was used product which I received. Immediately I raised a return/replacement for amazon customer support. They took from me on call, the serial number on box and from invoice, then they asked me * days' time for investigation and asked me to call on **/**/****. On **/**/****, I called customer support, and they said there will be no replacement/return for the product. My return/replacement date was ended by **/**/****.
