Day *: Full research on best broadband, identified as Airtel, registered around **AM and executive was signed same day to collect money, i had desided for *month plan but executive convinced to pay for *months connection and your agent Umesh (Hi, Your Airtel Xstream Fiber request has been placed. Our representative UMESH CP with mobile number ********** will contact you soon. Please don't pay any activation fee in cash.) told installation will be done tomorrow.
Day *: Received a call from +** **-******** around **:** and was informed someone will come today by *.. I followed up couple of times to same number and they said will call me with update regarding installation,but no one called. on my *th attempt representative says this is a vendor shop we don't deal with installation for your area Requested to follow up with Umesh and mentioned i dont think he can also help since he will get *** rupees for new connection (i am not sure y he mentioned it). Now Umesh doesn't respond to call, tippasandra Airtel representative says this is fixed connection u need to wait he can't help. While applying I get so many information after payment you ppl doesn't even have respect to update the customer. That to during pandamic stop working for money and Please have some customer service in mind. False promises to customers after payment. for payment collection u have ppl to send and the work done same day. I have everything in Airtel (digital tv service, postpaid and now for xtream fibernet) I opted for Airtel thinking other local providers are worst in service but u proved u work only for money.
Long story short, I don't want to follow up and speak to too many agents and break my head. I demand for refund and exit from Airtel all my connections and family. If you don't care for customers expect for money why do u provide service.
