Hi,
I was giving rent without staying in the flat from march ****to feb ****
Later i vacated the room on may and i wanted to settle the dealings with the nestaway and i called customer care.then after so much struggle they finally answered my call and told to pay *month rent which is pending and they will stop all the dealing with me.
I paid *month rent then .i dont even ask about my deposit which they are having.now i got a mail from some advocate stating i need to pay some pending amount if rs **k .how can i pay this amount and tat too they are having my deposit of Rs *****with them.i want to move legally against this fucking company
