I have ordered an apparel vide AWB R*********AJI..This i wanted to return and pick up was scheduled on **th July by Shadowfax.. Till today there is no genuine attempt by single person who has come for return pick up.Everyday I'm getting message that we couldn't collect the pick up attempt was unsuccessful.This is the third complaint at various forum of Ajio and Shadowfax but no-one cares for pick up and refunds. Y so inefficient service what's wrong and where things are going wrong..As customer I'm at loss bcoz y money is not refunded only bcoz return pick up is not done..iget frustrated
