Sir, I ordered apple watch series * which was delivered to me. The delivery boy hurriedly opened the box and went away. Soon i called the delivery boy about the wrong product received.. he said to contact flipkart customer care. When i contacted flipkart they generated return request and after *,* days they asked me to send images of watch. The seller was also different from the one shown in order details in flipkart id and also the product received was fake. I did all the formalities required by them but now they closed the return request and asked me to get a job sheet from apple store. Kindly help me in this matter
