Dear Team, I am raising a complaint against Advance Immigration for failing to deliver the promised services related to my New Zealand work visa application, despite me paying a total of ₹*,**,*** over the past year.
From the beginning, the consultants at Advance Immigration repeatedly assured me that my profile would be processed and finalized within *–* months after each payment. However, no tangible progress has been made, and my application has not moved forward. Instead, I was consistently asked to pay additional amounts with renewed promises that the process would be expedited, which never happened.
When I requested a refund due to their failure to provide any service proof, they flatly denied it and asked me to refer to the agreement I had signed. However, there has been no evidence provided to show that they followed up with New Zealand authorities or took any significant steps on my behalf.
Moreover, the sales team had clearly mentioned in an email that if the services are not provided, I will be eligible for a refund of ***% of my visa application fees.
I feel misled and deeply disappointed by Advance Immigration's actions, as they have failed to honor their promises or provide any service justification for the substantial amount I invested. This situation has caused me not only financial loss but also significant emotional stress and frustration.
I request Voxya's help in resolving this matter and ensuring that I receive a full refund of ₹*,**,***. This money was hard-earned, and seeing it disappear without any results has left me feeling helpless. Please assist me in holding Advance Immigration accountable and recovering my funds.
