I wanted a new Internet connection and I was suggested to go for Act fibernet. I contacted them regarding this and the next day an agent of theirs called me regarding the plans. I selected one of it and was asked to fill in the details and pay the amount and was said that the connection would be setup by the very next day.
A week passed by and there was no contact from their side and I called customer care and no satisfactory reply had come.
A month passed by and I even sent mails to nodal officer and appellate authority requesting a refund .All they have done after that is ,reply the mail saying an executive will call me and guide me through but nothing of that sort has happened. They also asked for my bank statement but nothing has been done yet. It has been two months since the payment and no action has been taken.
Because of their incompetence I have suffered a huge loss , a lot of lost opportunities and time waste and wastage of my resources. I had ongoing projects which had to come to halt for a few days because of this and I lost a lot of money
