Hi,
I requested for a new internet connection online through act portal and got a call back from their sales department who confirmed that the location where I requested the connection is feasible and they will get the installation done once the payment and kyc is done. I paid them the amount of Rs **** and requested them for installation on **th of march. On **th march I called the sales girl several time but she didnt respond then I called the ACT customer care who told that the location is not feasible so they cannot install the connection and than they created a refund ticket nd told that I will get my refund in * days. Its been ** days now nd I have been calling these people but every tume they will ask me to wait for **hrs. Its more like a mental harassment now. These people give randome updates. I dropped mail to their nodal officer bht no resolution has been given so far.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
