I did a recharge to my mother's number using Vi app on **.**.****. The recharge failed but amount was deducted from my account. Message came as refund will happen within * working days. But this is the **th day. No refund yet. Complaint registered and they informed money is not with them and to contact bank. Then when i registered a complaint with bank they confirmed that the transaction is successful at bank's end and amount is settled and sent via NEFT to Vodafone on **.**.****. Bank even provided me UTR number. So i again raised complaint with vodafone informing the same. But again vodafone is telling they have not received the amount. Where did my money go? Bank is telling it's a successful transaction. Vodafone should show me their account statement as proof that the amount is not credited to their account and they should provide better service and show me with whom the amount is lying. Or do i have to file complaint in consumer court for proper reply and port from this fraud network? Such a pathetic service from Vi.. this is the response even after using their own app Vi for recharge. Very bad ignorant customer service.
