Freecharge - Failed recharge amount not refunded yet
krishn kumar filed complaint against Freecharge on May 3, 2020
I have make a recharge of Tata sky dth with **** rupees but after OTP confirmation amount debited from my account but this recharge show pending after that it's show failed.
I have confirmed with my ICICI bank branch manager he told that amount is credited to FreeCharge so it will be refund by freecharge.
