This is a complaint against UBER car driver Mr. Santhosh, KL**-L****. I had made the booking at **:**Hrs on **/**/** and had given the option as online payment. He did not start the ride after he came to know that I was paying him online. So he rudely told me to get out of the car and cancelled the trip. When I complained about this to the customer service official at UBER I got a reply that I have not been charged any cancellation fee and so there is no issue. It is appalling that a international company like UBER trivialises such a grave matter where their drivers behaves rudely to customers and make them rudely deboard in the middle of the road. I hope that through voxya UBER will see the gravity of the situation and stringent action is taken against the driver.
