I had rented a flat with Nestaway from **th September ****. I had to pay token amount twice because of their technical glitches. Also I was charged *** ₹ more than other flat mates even though their room was bigger than mine.
I was told that the additional charges (light bill etc) would be compensated from the additional token amount I had paid ( as I paid twice) . But for months they kept harrassing me and forcing me to pay those charges.
I have been paying rent on time and still they have been levying *** ₹ fine everyday from the last three months. My dashboard total is showing ***** something ₹ for no reason at all. And they always keep calling me asking me to clear my dues.
Also from March ** I have not been staying in my flat because of lockdown and I have paid full rent till month of June. I want the rent to be waived off for the next * months as even I don't know when will college reopen.
My family is facing lots of financial difficulties but despite that I have paid rent. I sent many requests to waive off rent but thry would always threaten to evict me.
