Uber Cabs - Extra cash paid in noncash trip

I booked one Auto ride on **/**/**** at Uber from Kolathur to Madhavaram and my fare amount **.** is paid successfully from my Amazon Pay.

The driver is not accepting online payment after the trip and he speak rude behavior and very worst. Then he finally taken ** rupees cash from me.

I have contact help support with Uber help. There is no response from Uber support. Uber also very worst.
