Firstly i ordered i new of vi postpaid,and they on call said that u will not be charged for the usage for * months.but on the first day they have sended me the bill and forcing me to pay.
And i have even complain for the bill before that but they said wait few it will ok. But today is ** still no solution.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
