since last * months , internet service is erratic, frequent disconnection, slow speed, ping issues. these issues are happening very frequently. This is affecting my work and business. causing reputation dent and losses that i cant take estimate.
everytime i register complaints , they close it without talking to me even without confirming if issue is solved. everyday im facing issues again and again, causing work problems , and mental agony. raised complaint to their nodal office appellate authority but no respite.
