- Expenses and mental tension caused by Reliance Ada ^Open

I had a Deutche bank credit card ** years ago. There was a fraudulent transaction after I left India and was not in India for the past * years and now to my surprise, Deutche bank did not resolve that issue, instead, handed over the credit card to IndusInd bank. IndusInd bank displayed ***** due in my cibil which I came to know recently. After I paid off **,*** without any negotiation and obtained statements with zero balance, they transferred my account to Reliance and now reliance is asking me to pay *****, for which I agreed. But still, they are not issuing me no due and not updating my cibil (to remove from defaulter list). I am fighting with this issue for * months and they are not acting. Meanwhile, I am not getting any home loans and any other loans because of which I am suffering both financially and mentally. Even when I am not here and there was a fraudulent transaction, I myself stepped forward to settle amicably even though I don't have to as they have written off. I am being neglected and they are not clearing my cibil for * months. For no fault of mine, I paid ***** and still being extorted for ***** Rs which I am still accepting to pay but they are not resolving my case.
