Uber Cabs - Exorbitant fare charged

I took a trip from south Mumbai yesterday to Borivali. I had received an estimate of *** to ***. Estimated time shown on google maps was * hour ** minutes to complete the journey. Actual journey also took about same time. So there was no extra traffic surge experienced than expected at the beginning of the journey. Still I was charged **** which is about twice the minimum fare estimated and **% more than highest fare estimated.
What is the meaning of such estimations if the charged fare is no where near it. This is totally unacceptable and fraudulent.
Please help me get my money charged above atleast the maximum amount estimated.
Also, please note that I did not receive any intimation with this exorbitant fare update before I started the trip.
I am attaching the screenshot of the fare estimate at **.** pm for the trip that started at **.** pm. How can the surge charge change in * minutes is beyond me.
