I took a excitel connection about * year back, and paid rs.****.* as security money plus monthly charges in cash to the local operator. As i am getting transferred to another town and i am asking for return of security money which the local operator had assured me at time of installation, both he and the company is refusing to do so saying its not there policy.
I have seen other complaints regarding this here and it seems the company is committing a fraud. I have been trying to call companies executives regarding this but no firm reply has come as yet. All these calls i have recorded and if it is not resolved asap i plan to take legal action against the company.
There site says this security money is refundable, but they deny it...also, they call you and before you pick there call it is disconnected, they do not receive your callback... and a message comes that your problem has been resolved!
