Rakesh Menon filed complaint against Flipkart on Jul 15, 2018
I had opted for exchange of my old device for purchase of new device from flipkart.
As per their exchange policy, the device to be exchanged should not be having any cracks on the body or button missing, swollen battery etc and that phone must switch on atleast for **secs.
My device met all the condition so i ordered the product under exchange program and paid Rs.**** upfront using sbi credit card.
At the time pf delivery, the Flipkart Delivery Person checked my phone and rejected my exchange stating that there is body samage on my phone.
But, that was just the silver paint on the side that was worn off due to usage. I told them the same but they turned deaf ear and said they wont accept it.
Now my money is stuck with flipkart for about *-** days and this is just plain cheating from flipkart.
if they want a phone without scratches they should mention that in their exchange policy.
I want the money i spent and compensation for the lie they told in the name of exchange program. Thank you
