Hi
I ordered one heels from ajio, just after one wear the heel came off, i requested them to give me an exchange or refund, they said they will and I have been still waiting to hear from them.
Then I even ordered one jeans, size was bigger so I immediately placed an exchange, the exchange order came but they said my product’s tag does not match. The tag is placed as it was, how can i even change the tag, and why would i even do it when it’s my loss.
Now I have two products with me that are just useless and they are not providing any service.
