It's been **days i have ordered the item!
And it's been *days i wanted an exchange for an item after i have received it!
I hv ordered an adidas sweatshirt on **th of December and it got delivered to me by **th of December!
On the size chart of the myntra app..
It's given that the size - L(**cm)
And size - XL(**cm)..
I have received the size - L but with **cm...which is equal to size - XL of ur size chart!
And it's quiet large for me! I have called u the next moment as soon as i have received the product and asked for an exchange of the one size small than i have received now! i.e., i needed size - M..
But ur customer support has misunderstood it and kept an exchange for the size - S...and upon that it's still in it's pre-processed state! And u guys have nothing to do with it!
Listen, first of all i have waited for a long time to receive my order upon that you guys have sent me the Wrong size..Then who's responsibility is it to take care of it and exchange the item ASAP!?
Just tell me why should i wait for so long as it's ur FAULT u haven't checked the item and sent me the wrong size...
Upon that i haven't received any confirmation yet!
What have u guys kept there for? Customer support?right!?
Then why the hell can't u tell anything regarding this!?
I have been waiting too long!
'I HAVE SPOKEN TO DOZENS OF SUPERVISORS AND THE SUPERIOR'S OF THE SUPERVISORS EVERYDAY' all they gotta tell is..."we are unable to do anything sir, because it's still in pre-processed state and there is some technical issue! And i am unable to create a new exchange!"
I have even told them that i have an exam on the *th and *th and i have to go out of city so...it would be great of u get it delivered to me by *th!
But here i see is that u guys aren't interested in send me the exchange for the product!
U GUYS ARE TOO IRRESPONSIBLE!
I have requested for an exchange on the same day because i have to go out!
And i have ordered that product because it's a winter wear and it's winter season now!
When the hell are u gonna send me the actual item when the Winter season goes off!?
I have been even arranged for the call back from ur CASE MANAGERS...
Even they are too lazy to call!
I have waited for a long time!
After * days they call!
Even after telling them clearly what my concern is regarding they sent me an email mentioned - "we are unable to provide and exchange for the product as size- S is not in stock!"
God damn who asked for an exchange of the size - S...i request an exchange for the size - M ..
Even after telling the case manager clearly he is too foolish to send me the Mail regarding the size - S...
And i have been calling everyday and speaking to u guys over this issue!
Frm past * days i have been told that the again the CASE MANAGER is going to call me....and yet now it's been * days and i haven't received any call from the CASE MANAGER!
I am totally fuckin' frustrated!
My dad has scolded me for the ordering items from ur site!
I have been ordering items of higher costs only..as u can check previous too i hv ordered an item of Rs.*** and now Rs.****....
I have done ordering of high cost values and even though u guys don't provide any promising solution...
DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE WHOLE MONTH FOR THE EXCHANGE OF MY ORDER... THOUGH IT'S ALL UR FAULT!?
This is my concern and the matter i have written to the customer support of myntra...even after this they haven't provided me any resolution!
