Diksha Miglani filed complaint against Brandfactory Online on Mar 13, 2021
Referring to my complaint number BF*********** against order number ****** dated **th February, ****. It has been approximately a month since I have raised this exchange request, but no delivery executive has come to pick up the product.
I have contacted their customer support *-* times and every time they assure that the products will be picked up in a week but that never happens. I feel cheated upon, customer support team doesn't talk professionally and are callous towards customer grievances and it is now more than a month that my money is stuck.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
