I have requested for exchange of * apparels that I had ordered. The As per policy they were suppose to deliver new product in * days. But its been ** days now and they don't even know when the initial product was picked up from my place. They just keep on postponing and ask me to keep waiting. They are complete fraud.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
