I had ordered multiple clothes in single order (#******) via brandfactory app. But after delivery found that * items are missing. I had order Force NXT Trunks pack of *, but received only * (red color), Blue one is missing. And ordered Pink & Blue printed tshirt set pack of *, but received only * (grey color), Red color is missing. The customer care number never connects to executive and nobody responds over email.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
