Brandfactory Online - Size issues No response on exchange request

I really fed-up with the service of brandfactory and extremely disappointed after I placed an order on Brandfactoryonline.com website. I couldn't even reach them over the phone @ *********** which is mentioned on the website to escalate this issue. In case, if call got connected after a lengthy try, the customer care representative used to escape easily by saying issue has been escalated like that.

Could someone please look into the status of my ORDER ID: **** which I placed on June **, ****. Attached the screenshot of the order for your easy reference.
The status of the order is still showing as only ORDER PACKED. However, I got the item but it has size issue and has to be exchanged with next size (**).
From my end, I can do this only when the status of my order shows correctly as delivered to get an option of exchange on the website as confirmed with customer support representative.
Hence, I request you to please create a exchange request with next size (** inches) for the above mentioned item ASAP as I'm unable to do from my end due to showing of incorrect status on the system.
Its almost nearly * months since i ordered this and been morethan * month since I escalate & follow-up on this issue with them on Facebook messenger, email etc.. but still the issue hasn't resolved yet. I'm totally frustrated with your service. Never expected this from you.
Atleast now please someone try to resolve the issue. I'm eagerly waiting for your kind help on this.
