Jai Prakash filed complaint against Myntra on Nov 16, 2023
actually i have placed an order for denim jeans but it was not fit for me so i tried to exchange it on the very next day. so they place my return and exchange date in **th Nov. But on that day they haven't contacted me rather than that i tried to call the concerned person to collect my return but not avail to take call. Next day i complaint to customer care of myntra they told me from your side it was denied but i told them there was no communication on this between me and anyone. so they lodged my complain to it and told me that it will be fixed on or before **th. But there was no one to take my denim. so i called again myntra on **th night. they told me it will be fixed before **th (within ** hours). but still now no one is there to pick my denim.
so i request you to take action and impose penalty on them so that they could understand the someone's time value. i want compensation from myntra for this to waste my time
