Ordered through Swiggy from Nazir foods Malviya Nagar. I have been charged more than the mentioned menu price at the restaurant. I called and confirmed with the rest. They said Swiggy is pocketing the additional amount. It's huge cheating. Tweeted them but no response.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
