Hi Sir,
This complaint is regarding the harassment I faced from Vodafone customer care. I recharged my Mobile No.********** on *st of April. I accidentally recharged of **** Rs while my bill was only *** Rs. I talked to the customer care and lodge the complaint, they said my money will be refunded within * working days. From *st of April to till date which is **th April , my money has not been refunded to me. I called customer care so many time and lodged many complain but still nothing has happened. I tried to reach Vodafone through email (corpcare.kar@vodafone.com,Vodafonerelations.Kar@vodafone.com) and through twitter, web based chat but all of them seems to turn deaf ear to my problem. Even the Vodafone *** customer care has given me incorrect information many times. I visited the nearby Vodafone store skipping my office and they have no clue about my refund complaint. The actual harassment is much more than what I have mentioned here. I am losing the trust on Vodafone customer care. They even don't give me any contacts to escalate the issue or talk to senior management.
I am very much depressed by the action of Vodafone.
Being a loyal postpaid customer for Vodafone from more than * years. It has been the worst experience from any service provider. I had to suffer financial loss due to inaction of Vodafone. You are my last hope before I raise the issue to social media.Hope you will help me
