I have ISTQB Foundation exam on ** june *:** Pm. The exam can be taken from our home. They told me to start half hour before itself(default message in online). So i started *:** pm on ** june itself to check internet connection, camera everything work fine.When i entered the exam iam unable to begin the exam there was a network issue from their end. They does not intimated as well. So i started fighting more than one hour iam unable to write the exam. I contacted customer care they said our timings completed we cannot solve the issue. I waited for the one and half hour to get start chatted with them.They does not provide respond they said we will escalte the issue and we will get back *-* days. I said wnant to write my exam. The chat person told we will get back as soon as possible. I was waiting for the mail until early morning *:** am no reponse. I got mail from them next day they told we have cancelled the exam and we are providing an opportunity that you can reatake the exam on before nov ****. But i does not get proper reason why iam unable to attend the exam in the mail. Then i asked the reason why iam unable to write the exam until no response from them. I waited till evening of ** th june no response from their end. Thenagain started with chatting person after ** minutes he discussed with manager and he said we cannot solve the issue.I dont know why iam unable to attend the exam until now. Attaching the screenshots of the exam and error message when it displayed when i begin the exam. With out proper food and proper sleep prepared for the exam and iam not getting reasong from their end why they are not provide the exam.Wasted my time, money and mentally depressed from them.
