Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to raise a complaint about the courier delivery that was provided to me recently. I had placed an order with Maxhbi.com which was supposed to be delivered on ** April ****, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive it. The situation has been further compounded by the unprofessional behavior of your courier personnel, who not only made false promises but also behaved rudely with me.
On the day of the delivery, I received a call from the courier person who informed me that my order was ready for delivery. However, when I protested that the delivery address was correct, he told me to come *km away from the given address to take delivery of the order. When I requested him to deliver the order at the mentioned address, he disconnected the call without providing any satisfactory explanation.
For the next three days, I received false updates claiming that my phone was unreachable, even though no one from your company had tried to contact me. This was very frustrating and caused a lot of inconvenience to me.
I have also raised my concerns over Twitter (https://twitter.com/sdhillon****/status/*******************) and your customer support team over the app (Reference number as follow : ********,********,********), but I am yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. Additionally, I have filed a consumer complaint at https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ against the mishandling of my delivery and I will be taking this further to court without fail as this is a gross violation of every law and i don't care how much time and resources i have to dedicate for the same.
I am highly disappointed with the quality of service provided by your company, and I strongly request you to take strict action against the branch responsible for mishandling my delivery. Furthermore, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a timeline for resolving this issue, as it has already caused me considerable inconvenience.
I look forward to hearing back from you soon with a resolution to my complaint.
