I had booked a flight on Jan *th ****, ( Booking ID:- FMNAA*F*U*EKB) and PNR (X**BFA) which was canceled by me later on Jan **th ****.The flight was scheduled on Jan **th,****.I had previously also called the customer care executive and according to them the booking is canceled but the airlines did not initiate the amount.When I had a chat with airlines they are telling me that the booking is not canceled only.Since now it is more than * months they are not supposed to pay me any money.I had done the needful on time,but because of the miscommunication between airlines and via.com I am not supposed to receive a single penny.After putting pressure on via.com they agreed for a refund of only ****rs (actual amount :- **** rs).I feel i should get the entire amount back since it was not my fault.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
