Skoda Auto Volkswagen India Pvt Ltd - Endless Gear Repair time

I am a proud owner of SKODA KUSHAQ (UP**MR****) purchased from Kamal Kishore Skoda Lucknow (UP), JANUARY last year(****) under extended warranty and service maintenance package.
A month or so later I realized the *rd and *th gear were not smooth and same was reported to the same dealer who tried to sort it out on his own thrice in the year by opening the gear box and lubrication (as told to me by the service advisor).
However when the problem persisted, I insisted for a permanent solution and the vehicle was again handed over to the same dealer on **th Jnauary,**** (***** km run till to date) . Since then, off and on, the visit to the showroom has been continuous with a very delayed reason given that rings on opening the gear box are dented minimally which was to be replaced. Later I was informed that all Skoda stores were closed till **th February due to internal Audit. Now one of the parts is in back order and not available.
My request for Loaner car has fallen deaf ears even after ** days and no date still being given for complete repair.
I had even called Customer Care and written to National Head, Mr Majid Ali on his webpage but not much solution has come till to date.
Sir, I am an ex- Army doctor with demanding duties who requests your attention on the following points:
*.The gear box in toto needs replacement which will be more helpful besides saving time as the problem is ab initio and part of the manufacturing defect.
*. The cold response by the dealer team surely deserves your attention as I have to run to the dealer every time for my vehicle’s job progress.
*. The loaner car availability, I believe, is a part of dealer’s responsibility which is not being catered to.
