Skoda Auto Volkswagen India Pvt Ltd - 2023 Taigun Bonnet deforms when pressing with a finger

Dear Manager,
I had Bought VOLKSWAGEN / TAIGUN GT PLUS *.* TSI DSG/SUV (Engine No. DUMA***** ; Chasis No. MEXA**CW*PT******) on *th April ****. (Colour - WC Red)
The worst Part is the Bonnet. It goes inside by the push of a finger. Very Very poor design or material used in this batch of production. If kids sit on it it will form a dent. Your **** models did not have it , as I crossed checked, with my friends vehicle. More force is required in His Car.I am sure that this is your manufacturing defect.
I give you * options:
Option * : Replace my Bonnet WC Red with PPF coating Free Of Cost under warrenty or any case your team decides.
Option * : Pay off my ** Lakhs loan and I will live with this defect.
I will need an answer from Volkswagen Corporate by **th May **** on the options above, else will file a legal case on Volkswagan and Euro NCAP.
Note : * customer lost is equated to millions.
