I bought Skoda Kushaq vehicle on **th January **** from Skoda dealer Excel Skoda Pvt. Ltd., Faridabad. Within a week I found all chrome parts of outer body were rusted. Upon informing them on **th January ****, they replaced only * handles' chrome but bigger chrome parts (* or more) were not replaced. Now there is a problem with Infotainment screen becoming pink sometimes. I have written all complaints to Skoda Auto Volkswagen India Pvt. Ltd. also but they seem ignorant about this. They are only exchanging useless emails. Not sure but it appears that Dealer Excel Skoda Faridabad does not listen to them. I don't know how much loss it this because I don't know cost of these items but to my mind it should be around INR ***** or more. Please help me in getting rusty chrome parts & faulty Infotainment screen replaced with new ones since vehicle is brand new.
