Skoda Auto Volkswagen India Pvt Ltd - Workshop closed down

I bought a Volkswagen car from their guwahati, Assam dealership on ** March ****. At that point, they failed to inform me that their workshop is closing down on * April ****.
Unfortunately, my car met with an accident on * May. Since then the car is lying in the workshop which was supposed to open on ** April but hasn't become fully operational even on * July. All conversations with workshop, their head office in Kolkata and the company's customer care are in useless as they have no answer about any availability of materials. Since the past ** days the spare parts of the car are available in the workshop but they are not able to give me the car because of unavailability of painting equipment. I have faced a loss of * months emi and mental harassment by calling and asking for updates. The workshop manager and head office managers have no answer about when they will be able to give the car back. Their email mentioning date of delivery was of no use and they have failed their timeline.
