Now bajaj had caused me to express a dissatisfaction about their working norms.
I mean there could be only this company working with such norm in this world.
Let me clarify my point-
I had two major EMI accounts from Bajaj. Both were due on *nd of each month. Until this month I never faced such issue. Every month on *nd my EMI get collected without any issues. This month I don't know what happened with Bajaj. They did collected emi for my Refrigerator product but didn't collected for my Mobile phone emi due to which bajaj charged me emi bounce charge.
What I don't understand why bajaj only collected emi for one product only when I had kept enough balance for both products emi.
Attached copy consist of my loan account for which bajaj failed to collect emi on the emi due date and I had to face bounce charges and this impacted my monthly budget.
I kindly request bajaj to revert back the bounce charges, I too understand there could be some error,
Its clearly seen that account was funded by *nd of June and one of the emi were collected, however you're replying me with an copied note about keeping the account funded * days prior to the due date
Can you confirm please that I got bounce charges just because I didn't kept account funded * days ago and if yes, please explain the reason for collecting emi for my one loan emi account but not for the other.
As per this information there's no mention that if you don't keep your account funded for * days prior you'll get a bounce charges, So I may I please know the terms you were referring about?
I beg for help. I don't know why I got stuck with this.
I'd request to bajaj, please get in touch with via call if possible and resolve this issue. As I'm not getting no where with your responses. You guys don't read the mail, just keep on replying with irrelevant information. I do have sense to not ask for ECS charges from you, what my concern is to clarify about the bounce charges as I'm not gonna pay that. If I'd have delayed the payment, I'd have surely be accountable, you can check the previous records I didn't fault on any payment. and every previous months my account was funded by *nd of each month and emi was collected without any issue. God knows what happened with this month and emi was not collected and you charged me bounce charge. I don't have money to pay that charges as I'm not accountable. I've had enough And cleared my point. Now its bajaj and the higher level of customer services.
I have already paid my EMI with bounce and bajaj also sent me a mail for the refund of the bounce charges, however my emi card is still blocked. Also I've asked couple of time to sent me confirmation about the payment but they keep responding with same queries stating your card was blocked due to a non payment of one emi on your loan account.
Just because of bajaj fault, I had to suffer this. I hope the shared information would be helpful to understand the query
