I received the product on *th August which was small in size so I requested for return . The delivery person came to pick up the product today but refused to pick up the product because he was not able to match EAN number. And they are not replying to my emails as well and customer care executives are helpless.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
