I had ordered a pair of reebook shoes delivered on **/**/**** in New Delhi. They admitted that the product delivered is duplicate. However denied to replace or refund. Moreover their customer manager Ms. Smriti Waghera (on the call) was very rude. She was forcing me to use the duplicate product as it could not be replaced having been used by me. She refused point blank to listen to anything as if it was my fault. How can I find out the faults without using the product?
