this veeru koppula,
I ordered a mobile from flipkart that is Blackberry ****. I received product but that is already used mobile and changed panels with duplicate parts , I contacted customer care support and explained my problem ,but they taking more than ** days time said finally seller not able to provide refund or replacement facility. they trusted seller and betrayed user. Please file case against that seller and flipkart.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
