Flipkart - Due to mismanagement I lost my product

I purchased my product on Monday *th oct'** by using flipkart mobile app. They shipped my product to instakart service in thripunithra which is more than **km from my home. Now they says that they cancelled my purchased product because they can't do a delivery from there and, cancelled without my knowledge. I googled for nearest hubs in my locality and it shows that aluwe and I personally went there for collecting my fully paid purchased product and the incharge personal of that facility responsed in a good manner and give me a feedback says that it is not shipped to here insted it is in their another facility in thripunithra which is as I said above **km far away. Yesterday I went there for collecting it and the incharge person says that we need to follow some rules while doing the delivery and they can't because of their non service area. I uploaded * mobile phone numbers for contacting me in case of any clarification and no one did any calls regarding the address or they can't do delivery in my area.
Due to flipkart mishandling my shipment I lost the opportunity to obtain my purchased product. Now there is no offer for the product . Do I realy need to bear the consequences due to their mishandlings and I lost the product
They provided around * to * toll free numbers in their website for contacting and none of them are realy working. When I requested for a call from the service representative the automated calling machine is saying it is scheduled for this time, that time, after **mins, etc. When I contacted them in the morning they told me to purchase the product if I whish and then they we will do it my address. Please help me.
