I'm a student doing my masters and wanted to visit my family for Easter, due to covid I had to get an earlier flight which I booked via Makemytrip and came back to India from London. But since the time I landed home I'm trying to reschedule my easter's to and fro tickets which costs me ₹ *****. This is not a small amount for me, but might be for the company because They are just trying to push things and not giving a statement, rather changing their promises every time. For the record, Me and my father have dropped several mails and tried calling, some were answered some weren't. The once answered have been funny to be honest because one agent says something and then when we follow up they give a different answer. Then following on another thing they say something else. To be clear, first I was told I will get the refund, then told me that I will get a voucher for ** months validity and what I get is an open ticket option which will expire at **st Dec **** ( Amount ₹ *****). It’s not possible to utilise that much amount till that period and I need at least *-*years validity on that or need a refund of the entire amount on my card. No support or no revert on mails have been provided from **th May. As I could cancel the flight on my on as their wasn’t cancel option given finally on **th May the status was changed to cancelled due to COVID-** .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
