I had opted for payment through Paytm for this trip.But at the time of payment due to lack of network coverage ,paytm was unable to work.But as it was late night,my Uber driver asked me for cash payment instead of paytm. So I had given him payment through cash.But my uber account was showing pending payment of RS.***.
I thought it would be gone by some time automatically.But even after * weeks ,it was showing pending payment. So angrily I deleted my Uber account.
But when I came to Pune, I was in need of cab service,so I again installed Uber account and started using it.But my previous trip details were gone.In month of june when I added money to paytm account and booked uber cab after that,then my money Rs.*** was automatically deducted .So I asked for help in Paytm,but they said uber is responsible for this ,so ask them.
Hence I asked for help to Uber , repeatedly around *-* times. But they were saying we can't find your trip reference,so we can't help.
So I request you to please help me in this issue , as I m student, and Rs.*** means very much to me.

After *-* days of filing above context through Voxya ,uber contacted me and what they said you know?? That they can't refund and we are sorry.
I said to them that I thought that if instead of paying through paytm ,i paid through cash ,the driver will clear my bill and post it as paid .But they are saying saying sorry Uber is making fun of me.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
