DTDC - DTDC Package not delivered

My parents sent me some personal items (book, food items) through DTDC to Bangalore. They gave the package to DTDC Berhampore branch on *st November ****. I was tracking the package so on *th November it showed "out for delivery". I even got an OTP in my phone for the delivery. The whole day went by but nobody called me regarding the delivery. Nobody asked me for OTP. In the evening I checked the website and the package is showing "delivered at **:**" on DTDC tracking. It came through "Kogilu branch" Bangalore. I tried contacting customer care, raised a ticket. Next day they replied to my ticket giving a fake delivery proof. The delivery proof they gave me was a picture of a paper where my package ID was written along with my phone number and address and someone has received it with a stamp of a LENSKART shop! I literally zoomed on the stamp picture and went to that Lenskart branch and asked about this. They definitely didn't receive any DTDC package. I saw their CCTV footage and all their package entries. I replied to thar DTDC complaint again saying that I did not receive my package and I want a proper answer for this. Also, I tried contacting the person-in-charge in that Kogilu branch Bangalore but nobody responded to the calls. Customer care helpline also registered a complaint but of no use.
Please help me find my package. It had sweets made by my mother and also an important boon which I need to study for my upcoming PhD interview.
