We booked a bus from Chennai to Kodaikanal. We had to board the bus from Koyambedu bus stand in chennai. The departure time was *:**. However, the bus did not start before *:**. After we boarded the bus, we were informed that they will drop us at some other place in Tamil Nadu which is some * hours away from our location (Kodaikanal). We do not belong to this place and do not understand the local language. We had great difficulty in finding our way to Kodaikanal from there. We could not reach Kodaikanal on time and almost half of the day was wasted and not to mention, we missed an important event that we had come to attend. This is ridiculous. I strongly demand a refund for major inconveniences we had to face.
