i booked an cab from vijaynagar to rajajinagar metro station, i was having a bus booked from rajajinagar to horanadu at **:** the auto driver stoped in hosahalli place which is very far and said it is the other side and forced me to pay *** rs extra has i was in hurry to miss the bus i rushesd they i came to know i was ** km away from the destination and i lost my bus and got to different bus which costed me ****/- uber people are not responding properly reply i got is

i'm sorry you had such an experience. i agree that this isn't how a trip with uber should pan out.
i understand why you want to make sure this is handled properly, i'd feel the same way. while i can’t get into specifics due to our privacy policy, i assure you that we take issues like this very seriously and appropriate action has been taken.
this kind of behavior is not tolerated. we have a certain set of quality and safety standards that we expect all of our driver partners to meet.
