I booked an airport cab on MMT for **th Feb, *AM from my place to Bengaluru airport for my parents. He arrived **min late and didn't contacted us at all before that he is going to be late, MMT customer support was also not reachable since this booking was not recognized by them for an unknown reason.
At *:** when driver arrived, me and my father noticed that driver was clearly drunk and we decided not to board the cab. This was a serious safety gap from MMT. I booked another cab at *:** from Uber whose screenshot I have shared, because at the time my priority was to make sure my parents reach airport on time safely.
I couldn't connect to MMT customer care to explain this issue because they were not recognizing this booking. I reached out to them on twitter and have that conversation as well which i have shared. They denied me refund saying its against their policy. They took driver's word against mine without cross validating any facts.
I am looking for a full refund for this amount and a written apology from them for the mental harassment I have faced in last * days.
