Zomato - Double payment

My husband ordered Id ********** paytm payment option but i didn't know that he paid already and afterall the delivery boy shubam kishore kashyab reached to my location; i asked him that how much price for food.and he told me sir it is rs. ***.**. then i paid him rs. ***.** (order price) I thought my husband aordered it by cash on delivery option but after gone of delivery boy he told me that i already paid to zomato . I don't know anything...i want my money back. is this a type of cheating happened by zomato delivery boy. then how a common person survive with no customer care no. facility in zomato application.
